Cancellation Policy

We understand that schedules can change and aim to be as accommodating as possible. To provide the best service and maintain fairness, the following cancellation policy applies: - Cancellations or Reschedules (24+ Hours Notice): No charge. Please notify us as soon as possible. - Cancellations Made Within 24 Hours: A fee of 50% of the session cost applies. - Cancellations Within 2 Hours or No-Shows: The full session cost will be charged. This policy ensures efficient scheduling and respects the time of our clients and staff. To cancel or reschedule, please either cancel online or contact us directly at least 24 hours in advance.
